Maria Regina Nakasiga, was born in Uganda in a middle-class family. Fascinated by the world of fashion, after graduating in computer science, she won the Miss Buganda beauty contest and became ambassador for tourism in her country. Married in Italy, she fights against the exploitation of young models in Africa following the suicide of a young colleague.
